ABOUT US

Packer City International Trucks was established in 1982 with a single location in Green Bay,WI. Since then, we have expanded to three Wisconsin locations, adding Shawano in 1988 andAppleton in 1991. We are proud to remain a locally owned market leader in the medium andheavy duty truck segments, recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to a diverse customer base.

In January 2016, we further expanded our footprint with the acquisition of UP International, adding locations in Iron Mountain, MI and Escanaba, MI. UPI is a respected leader in the medium and heavy duty truck markets of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, offering competitively priced, long-lasting trucks and award-winning service. The UPI service department has been honored by Navistar with the Service Excellence Award, reaffirming the quality and reliability customers have long experienced.

UP International also has a distinguished history as a premier provider of log loaders for Michigan’s timber industry and actively participates in multiple trade shows and conventions in support of the region’s forestry community.
